Refund policy

What if my order doesn't fit me?

You are eligible for a refund providing the item is returned to us within 28 days of your purchase date. The item must be returned in the condition delivered to you, refunds will not be possible for items that are returned damaged, worn, or marked. This is at the seller's discretion.

For any returns please contact dillon@subtle-group.com - who will advise you on processing your return. Returns are made by the buyer and should be made using recorded delivery as the seller does not take any responsibility for items lost in transit upon return.

Please note refunds will be processed in full, with postage and admin fees deducted. International orders are unfortunately non-refundable at this time. 

I would like to place an order but I don’t live in the UK. What can I do?

Thankyou for wanting to order with us, we would love to get something sorted for you! Please contact dillon@subtle-group.com who will be able to set an international order up for you.

What if I receive the incorrect item?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives and is incorrect, please contact dillon@subtle-group.com who will be able to assist you further. We will endeavour to rectify this issue and will send replacement items upon receiving the initial order sent to you.

I haven’t received my item, what do I do?

If you have paid for tracked delivery, you should have been provided with a tracking code to see updates regarding this.
For all UK orders, if your item has not been delivered within 10 working days, please contact dillon@subtle-group.com who will assist you further. Please also contact this email if your shipping details have not been updated on the website after 3 working days. 

Please note we will not be responsible for items that arrive damaged or delivered to the incorrect address, we will extensively explore all avenues to assist you with claims made directly to the delivery service used.

We will also not be able to issue refunds for items where you have provided an incorrect address. Refunds for lost or damaged items will only be issued following the claim completion via the postage service used.
