Shipping policy

As we are a small business, we try our best to meet deadlines and get your items to you on time. If you have any queries regarding your order, or want to check the status of your order, please email dillon@subtle-group.com

Standard UK Delivery:

Please allow up to 2 full working days for dispatch.

• Orders placed on Monday will be dispatched by the end of play on Tuesday.
• Orders placed after 5pm will be included in the following days order list.

Next Day UK Delivery: 

Please allow up to 1 full working day for dispatch.

• Orders placed on weekends will not be dispatched until the end of play Monday. 
• Orders placed after 5pm weekdays will be included in the following days order list.

Please note we do not operate over Bank Holidays - please allow 1 additional day for dispatch over these periods.
